TOS for ALL FULL PERM products available through Dragonsworn

Currently, Dragonsworn does not have a region, nor do I predict that as changing in the near future. We will use satellite stores, which will have some items available for viewing. Please always check the "Inworld Store" option in the product on the Second Life Marketplace.

Products purchased through the MP are Linden Labs owned and operated and are managed by their monitoring services. This is rarely if ever even reviewed by myself unless by your specific request regarding an object. Please note that if you do not want Linden Labs to collect your purchase information, do not make purchases in the Marketplace.

That said, if you have made purchases in the older Dragonsworn store, you may be able to receive redeliveries through Casper redelivery options, located inworld or through redelivery by searching in Casper's redelivery services. Casper also collects information, which must be reviewed with their site to determine if you wish to use this service.

Purchases made through CG Trader have rules of use as per their website.

Purchases of Dragonsworn items in or with Second Life purchasing marketplaces have these rules and important information for full perm purchases made:

1. YOU MAY USE Full Perm products for hunts and gifts IF ....MAKE YOUR OWN TEXTURES.
2. YOU CAN use the full perm textures in your packages in your items for sale, but not in hunts/gifts/special sales that drastically reduce the prices/ OR if you are selling the item for less than 25L. Why 25L? Well, because apparently it requires a number to have a meaning. Be fair, someone else bought this item too and wanted to sell it. Don't sell our products at prices that are ridiculously low and hurt other creators. 

What you CANNOT do with these products:

1. You CANNOT use the advertisement provided with the package for YOUR packaged sales - no part of it either.
2. You CANNOT give this package full perm to anyone NOT even alts. THIS DOES NOT HAVE A DAE and no, they will not be provided.
3. You may not give these away under any conditions where the item allows the buyer to have full permissions or to resell this item.
4. ALL hunt items, group gifts, or gifts must be "no modify" and "no transfer" OR NO COPY AND NO MODIFY - and have your own textures (or textures you have license to use, but are NOT in this package). 
5. It is recommended that you add a prim to your items prior to reselling them, in order for you to have "your name" on them. I will not be able to help your customers if they ask, nor will Christoph (and we are who they will contact if you don't add a prim with your name). 
6. This product is not permitted to be taken to other grids, and there are no DAE files provided.
7. You MUST ask questions and NOT complain in the stupid MP rating thing. If you don't tell me there is something wrong, then I CANNOT HELP YOU. 

Again, I reserve the right to ramble on and on in this TOS, forcing you to read the exhausting dos and don'ts as I come up with more at any random time. All TOSs are considered to automatically be updated to match the mood, purpose, and reasoning provided in this one at all times.
